Nice Holiday house with private pool and walking distance to the beautiful beach of Sa Riera and Pals beach. Very sunny and with small sea view. Located in a quiet area, but very close to the services offered by the beach of Sa Riera such as restaurants, bars and supermarket.

The house is divided into two levels:

On the first level is situated the living area with SOFA-BED and  with dining place, equipped with plasma TV and air conditioning, and access to a terrace furnished with table and chairs overlooking the garden and pool. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffe machine, washer and dryer. Also in this level there is a guest toilet and a double bedroom.

On the lower floor there are three bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with bathroom and exit to a terrace and the garden with pool, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The private pool, of 8m.x 3m., it is a  very sunny house, surrounded by grass with sunbeds, barbecue, parasol.
